2. Products

The essential characteristics of the products and their respective prices are made available to the buyer on the company's websites. The customer certifies that they have received a detail of the delivery costs as well as the terms of payment, delivery and execution of the contract. The seller undertakes to honor the Customer's order within the limit of available stocks only. Otherwise, the seller informs the Customer.

3. Pricing

The prices of the products are indicated in Euros (€) all taxes included (VAT + other possible taxes) on the order page of the products, excluding specific shipping costs. For all products shipped outside the European Union and/or DOM-TOM, the price is calculated ex-tax automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable in certain cases. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of the Seller. They will be the responsibility of the buyer and are their responsibility (declarations, payment to the competent authorities, etc.).

4. Ordering Process

To place an order, the Customer must follow the steps below:

  1. Select the desired products and add them to the cart.
  2. Check the content of the cart and the estimated price.
  3. Identify themselves or create a customer account.
  4. Choose the delivery method.
  5. Choose the payment method and accept the GTCS.
  6. Validate the payment.

The Customer will receive an order confirmation email.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, including for pre-ordered products. The Customer can make payment by credit card or other payment methods indicated on the site. Secure online payment by credit card is made by our payment provider (Stripe). The transmitted information is encrypted according to the state of the art and cannot be read during transport on the network.

6. Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address that was indicated during the order process and within the time indicated on the order validation page. In the event of a delay in shipment, an email will be sent to the Customer to inform them of a possible consequence on the delivery time indicated to you.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code (and EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of the product to return it without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (e.g., opened food supplements, cosmetics, intimate products).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify us of their decision to withdraw by an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post or email).
